About Est. 2023 · DGTL · MW

Built by operators,
for operators.

Digital MW was founded on a straightforward observation: growing digital companies need infrastructure, SaaS, and finance & legal expertise, but most can't afford to hire specialists for each. We built the firm we wished existed.

Our story

The integrated alternative.

For years, the founders of Digital MW worked inside and alongside fast-growing digital companies — building products, managing cloud environments, running finance operations, reviewing contracts. The same problems appeared everywhere: infrastructure managed reactively, SaaS stacks that grew faster than anyone tracked them, books that were always two months behind, and legal exposure nobody noticed until it cost real money.

The answer the market offered was always the same: hire someone, or hire an agency for each function. Neither worked well. Full-time hires were expensive and slow. Agencies were fragmented — and never talked to each other.

Digital MW is the integrated alternative. One team, three critical functions, built to work together.

What we believe

Our operating principles.

01

Ownership, not service delivery

We don't complete tasks; we own functions. That means flagging problems before they become crises and taking responsibility for outcomes. If something in our scope goes wrong, it's on us to fix it.

02

Transparency as a default

Our clients always know what's happening. Monthly reports, proactive communication, honest assessments. We don't wait to be asked and we don't hide bad news.

03

Integrated by design

Infrastructure, SaaS, and Finance & Legal managed by one team with full visibility across all three. Not an accident — it's how we catch the problems that fall between functions.

04

Built for digital companies

We understand SaaS, cloud-native infrastructure, and the specific challenges of building a software company. We didn't adapt a generic model — we built ours for this.

Our team

Experienced operators across three disciplines.

Digital MW brings together specialists in cloud infrastructure, IT operations, finance, and legal operations, people who have worked inside the kinds of companies we serve, not just advised them from the outside.

Our infrastructure team has managed environments ranging from early-stage startups to companies processing millions of daily transactions. Our finance team includes CPAs and operators with experience from Series A through IPO. Our legal operations team has managed contract functions at technology companies across multiple industries.

Who we work with

The companies we're built for.

Digital MW works best with digital-first companies in a specific stage of growth: past the very early days where founders do everything themselves, but not yet large enough to have built out dedicated infrastructure, IT, finance, and legal teams internally.

In practice, that typically means companies between 15 and 300 employees — though we work with companies outside that range when the fit is right.

We don't serve every industry, and we're selective about clients we take on. The companies we work best with are growing deliberately, take operations seriously, and want a partner, not just a vendor.

Want to know if we're a good fit?

The best way to find out is a conversation. We'll be honest about what we do well, where our limits are, and whether your situation is one where Digital MW makes sense.
