AI-paired cadence

Assessment 5–7 days · Setup 21–30 days · what used to take a quarter now takes a month. Senior operators paired with AI complete in days what either would take twice as long to do alone.

Our operators use AI tooling to accelerate audits and onboarding; every output is reviewed by a senior operator.

Working with Digital MW is designed to be fast and straightforward. AI-paired operators run the full audit-to-setup arc in under 30 days.

The process is the same whether you're bringing us in for one service or all three.

    Discovery Call

    • Identify the highest-friction operational pain points
    • Discuss desired outcomes and stage of growth
    • Agree on scope and next-step deliverable

    • IAM tightening · SSO enforcement · access review
    • Renewal calendar + provisioning / offboarding workflows
    • Monthly close cadence + reporting template established

    Ongoing Management

    Continuous

We run it. You get the reports. Continuous operations, monthly reporting, proactive flagging, quarterly reviews. Issues caught before they become problems. Reports on time. Renewals handled. Your team does not get pulled into ops questions.

    • Monthly infrastructure / SaaS / finance reports
    • Quarterly strategic review call
    • Proactive incident detection + response
    • Ad-hoc requests within agreed SLA via named manager
Deliverable You largely stop thinking about the functions we manage.
What we need from you

What working together requires on your side.

We take on significant ownership, but we're not invisible. Here's what we typically need from client teams.

Access and trust

Appropriate access to the systems we manage. We work within your security frameworks and document everything — but we can't manage what we can't see.

A named point of contact

Ideally someone in a COO, VP Operations, or similar role who can answer questions, unblock access, and be the decision-maker for operational matters.

Availability during onboarding

The assessment and setup phases require more time from your team than ongoing management does. We schedule structured working sessions and keep async communication organized.

Full handoff, not partial

The model works best when clients hand off the function fully. We'll keep you informed, but we'll also drive.

Frequently asked questions

How long before we see results?

You'll see immediate value during the assessment phase, where most clients discover something about their operations they didn't know before. Tangible operational improvement typically happens within the first 2–3 weeks now that AI accelerates the setup phase.

What if we only want one service to start?

That's common. Many clients start with the area of highest urgency — often SaaS management or finance — and add services as the relationship develops. There's no requirement to use all three.

Can you work with our existing vendors and contractors?

Yes. We coordinate with existing vendors, accountants, attorneys, and contractors. We define responsibilities clearly so there's no overlap or conflict.

What happens if we outgrow the model?

As you grow, the engagement scales. We add capacity and adjust scope. If you reach a point where it makes sense to build an in-house team, we'll help you do that — including documenting everything we manage so the transition is clean.

What does pricing look like?

We scope each engagement individually based on complexity, size, and which services you need. Flat monthly retainer, not hourly rates. Pricing is discussed after the discovery call.

The process starts with one conversation.

A 30-minute discovery call. No commitment required. Just a useful conversation.
