The reality

The cost of neglect compounds quietly — then arrives all at once.

Disorganized books slow down your funding round by weeks. A missed annual filing generates a penalty and triggers a conversation you don't want with your investors. An unsigned NDA creates exposure. A vendor contract with an auto-renewal clause locks you in for another year.

None of these are catastrophic individually. Together, they're the kind of operational drag that prevents a good company from performing like one.

Digital MW provides the financial and legal infrastructure your company needs to operate cleanly, stay compliant, and make informed decisions.

What we manage

Finance and legal operations, end to end.

Bookkeeping & Accounts Reconciliation

Monthly bookkeeping — recording transactions, reconciling accounts, categorizing expenses, ensuring records are accurate and current. QuickBooks, Xero, and other common platforms.

Financial Reporting

Every month: a clean set of financials — P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow — formatted for your stakeholders. Commentary on notable variances so reports are readable, not just accurate.

Budgeting & Financial Projections

Annual budgets, rolling forecasts, scenario planning for key decisions. When you're evaluating a hire, vendor, or market expansion, you're doing it with clear financial context.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Payment workflows — tracking what you owe, paying vendors on time, following up on outstanding invoices, maintaining clean AP/AR records. Aging receivables flagged early.

Corporate Compliance & Entity Management

Annual filings, registered agent services, entity renewals, reporting requirements across jurisdictions. Multi-state and multi-country operations covered.

Contract Review & Legal Operations

Incoming contracts reviewed for standard commercial risk — liability caps, indemnification, IP ownership, auto-renewal, governing law. Rapid turnaround on NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts.

Digital MW provides legal operations and contract review services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. For matters requiring legal counsel, we coordinate with your external attorneys.
